This wonderful and fascinating tour gives you an excellent opportunity not only to get acquainted with the most beautiful natural landscapes of the Almaty region, but also to plunge into the distant past, to see petroglyphs, which are more than 5000 BC and the archaeological landscape of Tambaly, one of the oldest and most outstanding monuments of stone art of seven rivers , which since 2004 have become a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The Tambaly highway is located 170 km north-west of the city of Almaty. The road is fascinating, you will see a beautiful landscape of mountains, many villages, residents. The guide will tell you about the History of our area and the Mill in the Whole.

Lovers of nature and history will find a lot of interesting things in the picturesque Tambaly gorge. This is a truly ancient art gallery, which depicts both individual animals and people, as well as whole scenes from the life of ancient people. The total number of drawings in the main gorge is about 2000.
